Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs within our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise program activities, ensuring they are carried out effectively and efficiently - Develop and implement program policies and procedures - Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program goals are met - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and funding agencies - Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed - Conduct regular evaluations of program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in supervising and managing programs - Strong budgeting skills, with the ability to effectively allocate resources - Experience in program development and implementation - Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
